Strategies for September 2024
The Challenges:
1. We will provide more outreach and evangelism efforts in the community.
-Mark 16:15: “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
2. We will provide needed support and nurturing for individuals who have come to faith in Christ. I will encourage members to Win Souls, Keep Souls, Train Souls to Win Souls!
-Hebrews 10:24-25: “And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”
3. I will provide opportunities for needed training and equipping of believers to effectively share their faith and be ambassadors for Christ.
– 2 Timothy 2:2: “And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”

11AM – Worship Experience at The Evidence Church 1:
I’m starting the month with a worship experience at The Evidence Church 1 to help every worshipper understand how to walk in their calling to be sons and daughters of God in Christ Jesus. The message aligns with both the vision and mission of the church to help us experience our God-given purpose through suffering. It’s an opportunity to win souls by sharing the Gospel, keep souls by nurturing their faith, and train souls by preaching and teaching the Word of God. The service aims to create a holy environment where attendees can experience genuine transformation through the Word of God.

7PM Bible Study at The Evidence Church 2:
Bible Study at The Evidence Church 2 is an essential part of equipping believers to be ambassadors for Christ. By diving deeper into the Scriptures, the attendees are not only spiritually fed but also trained to share their faith effectively. This midweek study will provide a Bible-based study, helping to keep souls engaged and growing in their relationship with God.

7PM – Travel to Gibraltar the Remnant Church
Traveling to Gibraltar the Remnant Church represents the outreach and evangelism efforts of Supt. Gary L. Cordon, Sr.’s ministry. By collaborating and supporting other churches, we extend the reach of the Gospel, fostering a sense of unity in Christ and a shared mission to reach souls to be saved and transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Going to Gibraltar the Remnant Church to celebrate their 26th Church Anniversary is in line with the mission of empowering lives and transforming communities in the Tarboro/Princeville area, showing a commitment to spreading the message of Christ beyond our immediate congregation.

11AM – Worship Experience at The Evidence Church 1
This worship experience at The Evidence Church 1 focuses on winning, keeping, and training souls by further showing our members and worshippers how to grow in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and rightly divide the Word of Truth. These consistent services are to help maintain a strong sense of Biblical New Testament fellowship, community and continuity, ensuring that new believers are nurtured and existing members are continually equipped in the Word. Through Intercessory prayer and fellowship with one another through the Holy Spirit we will intentionally encourage each other in love to fail not in the assembling together as we see the day approaching. “Hebrews 10:25”
3:30PM – Crossroads Conference Worship Assembly at The Evidence Church 2
The Crossroads Conference Worship Assembly is a special event designed to fellowship with Pastor Frett, The New Crossroads Church and other believers from various backgrounds for a time of worship, teaching, and fellowship. Such assemblies are crucial for nurturing and supporting new believers, providing them with a broader Christian community to lean on. Join us The Evidence Church 2 at 3:30 PM!

7PM – Bible Study at The Evidence Church 1:
We are returning to The Evidence Church 1 for Bible Study and continuing the downloaded study. This reinforces the commitment to discipleship and training. Through these sessions, each Bible Study attendee and student of the Word will be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to live out and share their faith effectively.

7PM – Pastor Michael Bridgers at The Evidence Church 1
We have invited Pastor Michael Bridgers and Grace Fellowship Church of God in Christ to come to The Evidence Church 1 (116 Country Club Road, Windsor, NC) to provides a fresh perspective of the Word and additional teaching for the congregation. He and Grace Fellowship are helping us celebrate the 41st Year Pastoral Anniversary. Guest speakers can reignite passion and inspire new ways to engage in evangelism and discipleship, aligning with the mission of equipping souls.

4:00 PM – Travel with us to FREEDOM OF PRAISE CHRISTIAN CENTER, 417 E First Street, Ahoskie, NC where Bishop Joseph Smith is the Pastor and Overseer. Join us as we travel into the Ahoskie, NC area with this message of the power of God in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We have a strong fellowship with Bishop Smith that motivates many to stay in the Lord, many to be saved, sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost.

It provides an opportunity to reach different segments of the community, win new souls, and nurture existing ones. 4:00 PM – REVIVAL CRUSADE at MT AARAT MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 305 Cowtrack Road, Windsor, NC Rev. James Collins, Pastor.
Pastor James Collins Intercessory prayers are igniting “Holy Ghost fires” in the Mt Aarat Church community. We’re joining “forces” with a Revival Worship Experience to bring the demonstration of the power of God that accompanies the preaching of the Word of God.
Join us as we bring together sons and daughters of God, brothers and sisters in Christ to worship and hear a Word from the Lord during these crucial times on God’s calendar. We fellowship to appreciate strategies, gather resources, learn and love through this worship experience. There is much to do within the walls of the church and beyond the wall as of the church. Continuing with the regular worship experience, this service focuses on creating an environment where attendees can encounter God, be transformed, and be equipped for ministry.
3PM – 5th Sunday A.I.M. Fellowship at Liberty Worship Center Church of God in Christ
Attending the (Auxiliaries in Ministry) A.I.M. Fellowship at Liberty Worship Center, 119 West Blvd, Suite B, Williamston, NC , brings our Edenton District Churches together for broader community engagement and collaboration in the Williamston communities and surrounding areas. With these District churches, It’s an opportunity to support and be supported by the wider body of Christ, fostering unity and shared mission in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
By explaining the reasons for our September appointment in light of our vision and mission, I want to demonstrate a cohesive and strategic approach to ministry that is focused on winning, keeping, and training souls for Christ. I pray that this will be an additional impetus and motivation for the answering of my prayers according to Matthew 9:37-38 (KJV)
37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few;
38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth laborers into his harvest.
