Day 1: Why Do We Need a Savior?

Theme: Repentance & Sin Awareness

Day 1: Why Do We Need a Savior?

Scripture: Romans 3:23 (KJV) – “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”

Reflection:
Many believe that being a “good person” is enough, but the Bible makes it clear—every one of us has sinned. Sin separates us from God, and no amount of good works can erase it. That’s why Jesus came—to bridge the gap and offer salvation through His sacrifice.

Biblical Answer to Everyday Concern:

“I try to do right, but I still feel empty inside.”

Good deeds alone won’t bring lasting peace. Only a relationship with Jesus Christ can fill the void in your heart.

Call to Action:

Take a moment today to examine your heart. Have you acknowledged your need for Christ? If not, pray and ask Him to reveal Himself to you.

Prayer:

Lord, I recognize that I have sinned and need You. Open my heart to Your truth and lead me closer to You. Amen.
