Instructions for Submitting to Book
SUGGESTED DONATIONS FOR:
FULL PAGE – $80
½ PAGE – $60
¼ PAGE – $40
BUSINESS CARD – $40
40th YEAR ANNIVERSARY PLAQUE DONATIONS
– $400 as a “Building the Ministry” member
– $1000 as a “Legacy Ministry” member
– $4000 as a “Generational Key Intercessor” member
EVERY $40 DONATION WILL GET A BOOK BY REQUESTING AT THE TIME OF YOUR DONATION.
INSTRUCTIONS for those submitting entries into our Book, “Celebrating our Legacy Rooted in Faith, Building our Future Growing in Grace!” Share your history, a celebratory story and/or pictures to include in the book. Thank you in advance for making this celebration great!

- All pictures should be emailed in quality jpg or png files. Please understand that colors may not be matched perfectly when printing. Higher quality files will help with better color printing. Dark pictures will not print well. There may be some cropping around the edges in order to fit. Please refer to the orientation of your picture (landscape vs. portrait) to fit into the space you want to use. Some resizing may occur.
- Business cards will be scanned or photographed
- All documents should be submitted in Word doc files (Open Sans or Times New Roman font size 10 or 12). Please double-check for spelling of names and places. These names and places will be published as you give them to us. We cannot correct errors after book is set for publication.
- * Deadline for all submissions: Sunday, July 16, 2023 11:59 PM.
- Each “paid” submission will automatically receive a book.
- Each person donating $40 or more may request a book when making a donation. A person can receive one book for each $40 donation, up to 10 books with a $400 donation. $1000 – $4000 donations will also be added to a plaque.
*At the time your submission or donation, request a book or books. Our initial printing of books will be based on these requests. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE DEADLINE. (July 16, 2023, 11:59 PM). We will publish up to 40 books at a time. Please give us until September 10 to make sure we have additional books ready if the demands are great.
New or additional orders after the deadline will be printed after completing the requests already submitted.
• Books will be available for pickup at the Celebration Worship Experience. In case you don’t attend the event, PLEASE contact the person you gave your donation to AFTER the event to arrange for the pickup of your books).
Because of the challenges that are associated with shipping and handling, sending books at this time would be almost impossible.
- When getting a book for someone else, you are responsible for making sure that they get their book.
- Please ask for and keep the proof of the number of books that you are requesting. We may need your proof in case there is a mishap on our end.
- For on-line books, your copy will be available August 20, 2023.
