“Life moving at the speed of people” means vision, ministry, business, family, and destiny do not move only at the speed of ideas, money, technology, or opportunity. They move at the speed of the people connected to them.
A great idea can be ready, but if the people are not trained, aligned, healed, willing, available, accountable, or spiritually mature, the movement slows down.
That means leadership is not just about having vision. Leadership is about developing people until they can carry the vision.
In ministry language:
The promise may be from God, but the process must be walked out with people.
Jesus could have preached the kingdom alone, but He chose disciples. He spent time forming them, correcting them, teaching them, rebuking them, restoring them, and empowering them. The Kingdom moved through people.
So the principle is:
A vision can only move as fast as the people assigned to it can understand, embrace, and execute it.
That is why patience, training, communication, correction, forgiveness, and spiritual formation are not delays. They are part of the movement.
What God is Showing Me…
You cannot outrun the people you are called to lead; you must love them, teach them, and build them until they can walk with the weight of the assignment.
And as you would say: “When you get what you ask for, you only keep what you understand.”
