30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, books must be unused, unmarked, and in the same condition in which they were received. Proof of purchase is required. Sale-priced books are eligible under the same conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly at drglcsr@tecogic.org. We will provide instructions and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email drglcsr@tecogic.org with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for return authorization and mailing instructions before sending the books.
- Pack returned books securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds and Return Shipping
After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing; your bank or card issuer may require additional time.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except when the return results from our error.
Church and Ministry Packages
Contact us before returning a 20-book or 30-book package. Unused and unmarked books may qualify under the 30-day return window. Completed seminar sessions, Train-the-Trainers sessions, and issued certificates are nonrefundable. Any approved package refund will be limited to eligible returned books and will exclude services or benefits already delivered.
Personalized and Signed Books
Personalized or signed books are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
